In accordance with 17 AAC 42.400 (a) – The following should be published: August 6, 2026, through September 5, 2026 (30 days) in the Alaska Online Public Notice System. NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUPPLEMENT : The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to supplement a lease under Lease ADA-30816, as follows: LESSEE : United Parcel Service, INC. PREMISES : Block 27, Lot 1E, consisting of approximately 1,246,000 square feet. LEASE TERM : 35 years, beginning October 1, 1997, and ending September 30, 2032. PROPOSED LEASE RENTAL RATE: The annual rent is $224,280 ($0.18 per square foot x 1,246,000 square feet). AUTHORIZED USES : Construction and operation of an air cargo facility, air cargo transfer, short term air freight build-up and break down, and aircraft parking and maintenance associated with these uses; sale and dispense aviation fuel and lubricants on the premises, ground handling and support maintenance and associated equipment storage, aircraft de-icing, and office support. This file is available for review during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the Leasing Office of Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, located in Room C3980 on the third floor of the South Terminal, at 5000 W. International Airport Road, Anchorage, Alaska 99502. Box 196960, Anchorage, Alaska, 99519-6960, but must be received by 4:30 P.M. on or before September 5, 2026, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the Land Lease.
