51108 Proposal To Allow Use Of State Airport Land - Pedro Bay

PROPOSAL TO ALLOW USE OF STATE AIRPORT LAND: The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to allow the use of Parcel A, consisting of approximately 16,798 square feet (ADA-51108), at Pedro Bay Airport for five (5) years. Applicant: Mike & Chantell Sackett. Authorized uses: Operation and maintenance of an aircraft parking lot for transient aircraft parking. Commercial use and fuel sales are not authorized. Annual Permit Fee: Waived per 17 AAC 45.130(5) Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., August 15, 2026 after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the lease. The Department’s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection or a competing application> to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.
