51090 Proposal To Extend State Airport Land Use Permit - South Naknek

PROPOSAL TO EXTEND STATE AIRPORT LAND USE PERMIT: The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend a land use permit and amend the location of the community passenger shelter to Lot 3, Block 200, consisting of approximately 150 square feet, at South Naknek Airport under ADA-51090 (successive to ADA-08892) for five (5) years, to expire April 12, 2030. Applicant: Bristol Bay Borough. Annual rent: Rent waived under 17 AAC 45.130(4). Authorized uses: Aeronautical - Operation and maintenance of a passenger shelter building. Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., September 21, 2026, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the permit. The Department’s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection or a competing application to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.
