The public is welcome to review and comment on the proposed actions. Written comments will be accepted between September 16, 2026 and October 30, 2026 . Only those who submit timely written comments may appeal a decision. A protest must clearly state the nature and purpose of the protest in accordance with 11 AAC 64.450 and be submitted to both the applicant and the Department of Natural Resources by certified or registered mail no later than October 30, 2026 . Protests postmarked after this date will not be accepted.
