ACV Transmission Containers

Amendment 0004 - Add option CLIN 0006 for 3 additional containers. Amendment 0003 - Extend proposal due date to 10 July 2026 and post RFI responses. Amendment 0002 - Update SOW dated 2 June 26. CLIN 0001 Delivery info updated. Amendment 0001 - Add attachment through SAM.gov (restricted access, must request through SAM.gov) and remove duplicated DFARS clauses. This acquisition is for the performance, design, fabrication and testing of the Aluminum ACV Transmission Containers. The RFP has 5 lines items. Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). NOTE: Some attachments for this acquisition have distribution restrictions. These documents will have restricted access when posted. Access will need to be requested through the solicitation on SAM.gov.
