Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Onsan, South Korea); and the place/range of redelivery is Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Hakozaki, Japan). The laydays commence 13 November 2026 and cancel 14 November 2026, and the period of performance will be about 90 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
