Are you now, or have you in the last 5 years been a subcontractor on federal contracts for Pest Control Supplies? If so, list agencies and prime contractors. Are you a manufacturer or authorized distributor? If manufacturer do you contract directly with the government, or do you only use utilized authorized suppliers? If supplier, which companies are you authorized to supply for?
