6640--554 (LAB) | NEW | RTPCR GI and Respiratory Testing

This amendment is issued to correct an administrative error introduced in Combines Solicitation Amendment #36C25926Q0143 0001 and carried forward in Amendment #36C25926Q0143 0002. In those amendments, the Product Service Code (PSC) was mistakenly updated and did not reflect the correct classification for original Solicitation #36C25926Q0143. The proper PSC for this requirement is 6640, and this amendment restores that PSC to ensure accuracy and compliance. Additionally, this amendment provides clarification on the quantities listed in the line items. No changes have been made to the PSC associated with the line items; the updates are limited solely to clarifying the required quantities to ensure consistency and understanding for all prospective offerors. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation and prior amendments remain unchanged and in full effect.
