FY26: Artificial Intelligence Endoscopy Module

Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source to Medtronic Inc, 6743 Southpoint DR N, Jacksonville, Florida, 32216-6218 to provide VA Caribbean Healthcare System located at 10 Casia Street, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00921 trade-in consideration of three defective Artificial Intelligence (AI) endoscopy modules (Model CB1708-EU) for three Medtronic GI Genius 300 units (model GGM300-US). This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 12.102 Restricting Competition. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this notice. An authorized distributor/provider letter is required, in addition approval for trade-in considerations. If an authorized distributor is not provided, your response will not be taken into consideration. Only emailed responses will be considered. All responses shall be submitted to Jessica Kiser at jessica.kiser@va.gov no later than 12:00 PM on September 25, 2026. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
