The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, VA Caribbean Healthcare System, located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, intends to solicit and award for a Gomco Model 3040 General Use Aspirator or EQUAL. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 339112, Surgical and medical Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The proposed action is a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order is a small business set-aside solicitation. The solicitation will be posted on or about July 24, 2026, via the sam.gov website.
