ANSWER = Use the quantities of poles listed in the BID SCHEDULE. 3.The ground sleeve in the drawing is shown at 7?-0 long that is, 5?-0 above grade and 2?-0 below grade. The bid description schedule calls out a 5?-0 ground sleeve 3?-0 above grade and 2?-0 below grade. ANSWER = Use the sleeve lengths specified in the SPECIFICATIONS.
