The National Park Service (NPS) Historic Preservation Training Center (HPTC), acting on behalf of Fort Sumter and Fort Moultrie National Historical Park (FOSU), seeks a qualified contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to design, erect, assemble and install scaffolding on the exterior right face wall at Fort Sumter. 100 ft long by 25 ft tall.
