A: As an SDVOSB nonmanufacturer, under RFQ 36C25227Q0047 you may furnish the Polaris Ranger XP 1000 NorthStar Premium (or equal) even if the manufacturer is not a small business, as long as all other solicitation requirements such as VAAR 852.219 76 are met. You are fully permitted to proceed under the existing SBA class waiver. All other terms and conditions remain in effect. END OF AMENDMENT.
