Description

The Contractor shall provide daily, comprehensive media and social media monitoring, analysis, reporting, and dissemination services to support U.S. Government objectives and interests in Syria. The Contractor will deliver one comprehensive report per day that summarizes key narratives, provides in-depth coverage of political, social, and economic developments, and highlights emerging trends and shifts in media tone. The report shall also include monitoring and analysis of social media platforms to identify trending topics, influential actors, tonality of discussions, and message tracking relevant to Syria. This service is critical to ensure U.S. policymakers and embassy officials receive timely, reliable, and actionable insights for informed decision-making and strategic planning in a rapidly evolving information environment. The Contractor will monitor a broad spectrum of media sources including, but not limited to: Syrian local news outlets (print, online, television, and radio). Syrian social media platforms (Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms relevant to the Syrian information space). Regional and international media outlets with significant coverage or influence on Syrian affairs. The monitoring and analysis must provide U.S. Government officials with a clear understanding of the evolving media environment in Syria, identifying key narratives, trends, influencers, and disinformation campaigns impacting U.S. policy interests.
