15 Foot offset flex arm for Bat Wing mowers

The 15-foot offset flex arm rotary cutter requires heavy-duty 11L by 15, 12-ply tires with a minimum load capacity of 4,000 pounds. It must be capable of cutting directly in-line with the tractor or at any offset distance up to 122 inches (10.16 feet). The assembly requires a minimum two-and-a-half-inch castor pivot shaft, six-bolt hubs with at least a 6,000-pound capacity, and bolt-in replaceable axles. Major pivot points must utilize spring steel tension bushings and induction-hardened pins. Hydraulic and mechanical requirements include a minimum of four hydraulic circuits with independent wing lift for the 15-foot mower, a heavy-duty three-and-a-half by 36-inch welded hydraulic cylinder, and an optional six-port selector valve kit for independent wing action on tractors with limited hydraulic outlets. Power delivery requires a minimum rating of 200 horsepower at 1,000 RPM while accommodating 540 RPM power delivery from the tractor. A safety lighting kit is also required. Standard travel dimensions must maintain a maximum width of 70 inches to the left of the tractor and 52 inches to the right, totaling 121 inches for the arm and rotary cutter assembly. When operating with the stop block installed on the transport lock bar designed to improve clearance for oncoming traffic on narrow roads the dimensions are configured to 55 inches to the left of the tractor and 66 inches to the right (totaling 121 inches).
