NM-BITTER LAKE NWR-ELECTRIC UPGRADE AND ROOF REPLACEMENT The purpose of Amendment 2 is to provide responses to vendor questions and to issue a correction to the Statement of Work (SOW). Specifically, the SOW has been updated to reflect that the project requires replacing the existing 3-phase electrical system with a 2-phase system.
