Referral System to Family Resource Centers

The Department of Children, Youth, and Families contemplates awarding a sole source contract to Children’s Home Society of Washington to provide consultation to DCYF in the planning and growth of a statewide Family Resource Center (FRC) resource and referral network. They will also provide consultation and technical assistance to the FRC to assist with implementation of the referral pathway from January through June 2027.
