The City of Alexandria, Virginia (the “City”) issues this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to obtain sealed Proposals from qualified and responsible Offerors to provide support services for the Municipal Fiber Network Operations Center (NOC), as more fully identified in this Solicitation. The scope of this RFP is limited to support services of Tier 1 network monitoring and event management.
