RFP 27-03 Halloween Parade - Crowd Control Barricades

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the installation of temporary metal crowd control barricades placed along the length of the Halloween Parade on both sides of Maple Avenue from Center Street to Branch Avenue and a portion of Center Street to ensure the safety of the parade participants and attendees.
