RFP 26-06 Term Contract for Compensation Consulting Services

The Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority and the Rivanna Solid Waste Authority (Authority) are seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide employee compensation and benefit consulting services to the Authority and their respective Board of Directors. The successful Offeror shall have experience in conducting employee compensation-related surveys and other employee benefit consulting services for local governments and public service authorities in Virginia.It is the intent of the Authority to award a term contract under this solicitation for a period of 12 months, with the option to renew up to four times (total of 5-years), each renewal being a term of 12 months.
