RFP 2026-31-VPA Medium Duty and Heavy Duty Electric Forklifts

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Offerors to establish a Contract through competitive negotiations for the provision of up to sixteen (16) new battery electric Medium Duty Forklifts, and up to four (4) new battery electric Heavy Duty Forklifts for Norfolk International Terminals (NIT) and/or Richmond Marine Terminal (RMT).
