RFP-2026-006 Advisory Services for Conservation Easements

The Town of Bedford is seeking proposals from qualified professional entities (“Contractor”) to provide consulting and professional services related to the potential conveyance of a fee simple or partial interest, including but not limited to conservation easements, on properties owned by the Town. The selected Contractor will assist the Town in evaluating, planning, and facilitating matters associated with such conveyances to ensure they align with the Town’s goals, legal requirements, and long-term interests.
