RFI - DEQ AI Strategic Plan

Purpose of this RFI is to gather market insight regarding developing and executing an agency AI strategic plan, including the identification and implementation of specific AI tools that would be most beneficial to the agency, recommendations for establishing an AI governance structure, delivery of a tiered AI workforce training program specifically tailored to the implemented toolset, development of Permit Evaluation Keys, implementation of public facing AI services, and implementation support for these functions.
