Description
Norfolk Naval Shipyard seeks to procure a one-year advertising campaign contract to support the sourcing and recruiting of talent to supplement current operations within C1102PE. All proposals must adhere to the elements in the statement of work and must include responses to all fill-in clauses within the solicitation/1449.
