Mecklenburg County, Virginia (“County”) hereby solicits proposals from qualified offerors experienced in the design of public safety facilities to provide architectural design, bid document preparation, and construction administration services for the development of a new Emergency Medical Services Station Four, located in Clarksville, Virginia. To be considered for an award, the proposal must be submitted in accordance with this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
