This project is a state and federally funded project utilizing SMART SCALE funding. The project will add a right turn lane from northbound Park Avenue onto Eastbound Brambleton Avenue. The project includes associated signal upgrades, pedestrian access, signs, pavement markings, maintenance of traffic, erosion & sediment control, and drainage improvements. UPC 111019, 0460-122-389, STP-5B03(077). DBE Goal: 0%. In order to be considered for award, all prospective bidders shall be pre-qualified with the Virginia Department of Transportation in accordance with Section 102.01 of VDOT’s 2020 Road and Bridge Specifications.
