Bid #26-06243-3142- The Henry County Public Service Authority solicits firms to submit sealed bids, subject to the Contract Documents, for the Villa Heights Sanitary Sewer Improvements project.  Bids will be received until, but not later than, 3:00 P.M., local prevailing time, on June 24, 2026. The Work includes open cut construction of approximately 17,400 linear feet of 8” sanitary sewer, 137 sanitary sewer manholes, 280 sanitary sewer service laterals, and associated work in Martinsville, Virginia. The Contract Documents must be obtained from the Owner’s procurement site linked at https://www.henrycountyva.gov/bids.aspx. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on June 3, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. local prevailing time in the 1st Floor Board Room – “Summerlin Room”, Henry County Administration Building, 3300 Kings Mountain Road, Martinsville, VA 24112.
