The new construction extends the existing ICU space to the east, building the new space over the existing roof (Primary Care Clinic directly below). The renovation work consists of renovating/modifying approximately 5,500 sf of existing ICU for the consolidation Intensive Care Units at the Medical Center. The project will include, but is not limited to, sit grading for a new exist stair tower, demolition/removal of existing structures and construction, general construction, electrical, mechanical/HVAC, plumbing, low voltage, and fire protection/fire alarm.
