IFB No. 2026-251: Fujitsu Document Scanners, Lexmark Printers, and Accessories Collin County is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors to procure Fujitsu document scanners, Lexmark printers, and related accessories, as detailed in the attached specifications. The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a firm, fixed-price contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s) meeting all mandatory requirements. The awarded vendor(s) shall provide products that meet or exceed the County’s operational and technical specifications. Sealed bids must be received no later than Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM CST . Late submissions will not be considered. All questions and requests for clarification shall be directed to Lera Miller, Buyer II, Collin County Purchasing Department, in accordance with the solicitation requirements.
