Description
This is a Base + 4 OY services contract to provide scheduled semi-annual preventative maintenance and inspections on the cafeteria equipment/appliances within Root Hall (Bldg 651) Caf� (Rooms T001 and T0022) at the US Army War College (USAWC) at 651 Wright Avenue, Carlisle, PA 17013. Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) will be needed. During the semi-annual inspection, if repairs are needed, the contractor will make minor adjustments the day of the inspection. If the repairs are more extensive and require additional parts/labor, the contractor will provide a quote for additional repairs. Providing semi-annual preventative maintenance/inspections will help extend the life of the equipment/appliance. The Root Hall Cafe serves meals to include breakfast and lunch to the students, faculty, staff, guests and VIPs that work and visit Root Hall. The caf� is also used to cater Root Hall events. The Contractor will provide the following tasks during the semi-annual inspection/maintenance as specified: � Visually inspecting the appliances/equipment. � Clean condensers, remote condensers and brush evaporators as needed. � Clean and chemically sanitize ice machine and ice storage bin. � Adjust ice thickness. � Check electrical connections, gaskets, controls, refrigerant charges and operation. � Adjust pilots, inspect electrical harnesses and contactors. � Clean flame sensors. � Calibrate oven temperatures as needed. � De-scale coffee makers.
