The timeframe for delivery receipt shall be no later than 12 weeks following award of contract, with coordination of specific dates mutually agreed upon by JJP-Veterans Affairs Medical Center campus and the selected contractor. Awarded Contractor to deliver and install between 8:00am � 3:30pm Monday thru Friday. Please be aware there are loading docks and a freight elevator that can be reserved accordingly.
