The City is undertaking this Project under the authority of NC G.S. 143-128.1A, which permits the use of the design-build construction delivery method. A Pre-Submittal Conference will be held on June 9, 2026, from 2:00-3:00 PM, at the Advance Auto Parts Tower, 10th Floor, 4200 Six Forks Rd., Raleigh 27609.
