LED Electronic Message Center Signs

The City of New Carrollton (hereinafter "the City") is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase, fabrication, permitting, and installation of three (3) full-color LED Electronic Message Center (EMC) signs at the locations listed below. The project consists of two (2) double-faced signs and one (1) single-faced sign. The City seeks a turnkey solution for each location that includes the LED display, identification cabinet, structural support, electrical connection, software, and all required permits and inspections. The awarded vendor shall be responsible for all aspects of the project from manufacturing through final inspection and training at all three sites.
