The proposed action is set-aside for Total 100% Small Business concerns. The best suited PSC and NAICS identified for this requirement are PSC S209- Housekeeping -Laundry/Drycleaning, and NAICS 812320 � Drycleaning and Laundry Services (except Coin-Operated). Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in SAM. The complete Request for Quotation, including a detailed PWS is included.
