Lodging Services for 118th Wing, Tennessee Air National Guard

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110 (Hotels [except Casino Hotels] and Motels), with an associated small business size standard of $40.0 Million. The 118th Wing of the Tennessee Air National Guard has a requirement to procure non-personal lodging services. The Government anticipates awarding multiple Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. The period of performance will be one 12-month base year with one 12-month option year.
