Notice of Emergency Shelter Services Exempt RFP

The IL Dept of Children and Family Services wishes to establish additional emergency shelter services for youth and young adults with significant consideration for youth located in the Northern and Central Regions of Illinois. The Department wishes to establish at least three additional shelter resources. This Request for Proposal is exempt from the requirements of the Illinois Procurement Code under the Purchase of Care exemption provided in 30 ILCS 500/1-10(b)(3).
