IDPH is looking for a Vendor to conduct written and telephonic Informal Dispute Resolution (IDR) on a fee-for-service basis for Skilled Nursing Facilities, Nursing Facilities, and/or Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (the "Facilities").
