Description
ILSOS is entering into a change order with Horizontech, Inc for the term of October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022 in an amount not to exceed $1,500,000. This change order is necessary to continue processing the backlog of Title, Registration, IRP and ERT application processing while a new bid is prepared. Due to the backlog from COVID and the time it would take to prepare a new bid, ILSOS is exercising a one-year change order option on its current contract.
