RFQ Wastewater Treatment Facility

General Madison County is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to engineering firms experienced in upgrading an existing wastewater treatment plant for Madison County. The project includes equipment upgrades at the existing wastewater treatment plant located along US-29 and a 1.7-mile (9,000 linear feet) sewer line extension from the facility to a new discharge location. Responding firms should be technically qualified, licensed to provide professional engineering and design services, and experienced in the preparation of studies and plans for public infrastructure projects. Services to be provided will include preparation of a project design, preparation of a bid, performance of a State Environmental Review Process (SERP), and construction management services.
