This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number HT941026Q2004 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The requirement is for a cost per reportable result (CPRR) contract for coagulation analyzers to support military treatment facilities (MTFs) and their workloads (see CSS for list of MTFs).
