Bay County Vet Center Succeeding Lease

VA is seeking to lease approximately 4,728 ABOA of clinical medical space in Panama City, Florida for the Bay County Vet Center Succeeding Lease. The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous, otherwise the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition with the current Lessor. The space needs to be contiguous. Operations will be for outpatient clinic for Veterans. The property shall include 25 on-site parking spaces and ready for use 10/01/2026.
