THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR A BID OR PROPOSAL This notice is provided in accordance with statutory requirements for a 15-business-day advertisement of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services’ intent to enter into a single source agreement. The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services intends to enter into an agreement with Waters Technologies Corporation to procure Laboratory equipment maintenance. Prospective Vendors who believe they can provide these commodities, or contractual services shall provide relevant information to the contact person listed on this advertisement no later than June 24, 2026.
