Description
THIS IS NOT A BID. The Department of Financial Services, Division of Information Technology, intends to enter into an agreement with Software AG USA, Inc. to procure ArcGIS software licenses, support, and maintenance. Prospective vendors who believe they can provide these services shall provide relevant information no later than June 26, 2026, at 8:00 A.M. (ET). If it is determined in writing by the Department, after reviewing any information from prospective vendors, that the services are available only from the single source, the Department will post on the Vendor Bid Systems, notice of its intended decision to enter into agreement with said vendor pursuant to section 120.57 (3) F.S.
