New Years' Eve Fireworks at Depot Park

It is the intent of the City of Gainesville to obtain proposals from qualified professional firms, herein after referred to as “Contractor”, to provide a spectacular New Year’s Eve display of high-quality, aerial fireworks in Depot Park, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP). Depot Park is located at 874 SE 4th Street in Gainesville, Florida. This project shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing pyrotechnics. This contract begins on October 1, 2026 and ends January 1, 2027; however, the City is open to considering a two-year bid for these services.
