ITB 26-122 Old Homosassa Rooks - Cedar Lakes Mobile Home and RV Park Septic to Sewer Project

Citrus County, Florida (“County”) invites interested parties to submit a Bid for the Old Homosassa Rooks - Cedar Lakes Mobile Home and RV Park Septic to Sewer Project to include the construction of approximately 3,400ft of 6-inch diameter force main along Mason Creek Road from South Garcia Road to the NE corner of the Cedar Lakes MHRV Park. The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the construction of the Cedars Plant Interconnect, including but not limited to: Decommissioning existing on-site small package wastewater treatment plant Demolition of the existing WasteWater Treatment Facility (WWTF) and associated systems Construction of a new lift station Installation of force mains (4-inch and 6-inch PVC and ductile iron) Electrical systems including panels, wiring, grounding, and controls Site work including grading, paving, fencing, and restoration Environmental protection and erosion control measures
