The general intent of this scope of work is to assist with the management of Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), Federally Funded Subgrant Agreement #H1227; Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Project 4673-037-R, Escambia County, Multiple Properties, Acquisition, Hurricane Ian. The grant awarded to Escambia County is to acquire and demolish 7 single family residences throughout Escambia County; and provide engineering and environmental services as necessary to permit of stream restoration, water quality enhancements, natural resources restoration, and wetland enhancement to the county wide areas. Grant management team shall demonstrate the lead firm and/or sub-consulting firms have the best qualifications to accommodate this scope of work for contract consideration.
