Question: Who has the Fire Alarm contract for the warehouse? Answer: There is no fire alarm system out there. The fire alarm devices we’re adding for AHU shutdown are stand-alone. 2. Question: One of our potential vendors was concerned about fire calking between the large spaces, specifically between R4 (2nd floor warehouse) and R1/2/3 (erector set shelving). Have you got a simple plan showing firewalls? Answer: The rated walls are identified on LS001 with black diamonds. All need to be rated 1-hour. The ones with a single repeating diamond are stud frame construction. The ones with a double diamond are CMU.
