Purchase of Delinquent Municipal Real Property Tax and Sewer Usage Liens

The Town of Stratford is requesting written sealed proposals from interested parties for the purchase of part of the Town's delinquent municipal real property tax liens ("Delinquent Tax Liens") and delinquent municipal sewer use charges and liens (“Delinquent Sewer Usage Liens”). The Delinquent Tax Liens and Delinquent Sewer Usage Liens and assignment total approximately $3,035,625.60 (inclusive of interest and charges) of the 2024 Grand List and prior are on the list (the "Report") attached hereto as Exhibit A.
