DAVIT CRANE FALL PROTECTION SYSTEM AT HRWPCF

The Town of Manchester, Connecticut, through its Water and Sewer Department, is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the design, supply, fabrication, and installation of Davit Crane Fall Protection Systems at the Hockanum River Water Pollution Control Facility (HRWPCF). HRWPCF is a wastewater treatment plant located at 120 Thrall Road, Manchester, CT, designed to treat up to 8.25 million gallons per day. This project is critical to enhancing worker safety during confined-space entry, rescue operations, and maintenance activities at multiple tanks and structures throughout the facility. The successful proposer will provide a complete turnkey solution meeting or exceeding all applicable OSHA, ANSI, and EM-385 standards, while ensuring minimal disruption to facility operations.
