Meet in the Yerwood Community Center parking lot along Richmond Hill Avenue. A second Pre-Bid Meeting has been scheduled for June 9, 2026 at 3:00 PM. Bidders who attended the first Pre-Bid meeting do NOT need to attend the second. Project is funded in whole or in part with FEMA funds. Davis Bacon Wage Rates apply.
